1. Program Participation

By participating in the Radio Frequency Spectrum Sandbox, you agree to operate within the designated parameters and comply with all regulatory requirements set forth by the Nigerian Communications Commission.

2. Testing Guidelines

All testing activities must be conducted within approved frequency bands and power limits. Participants must ensure their activities do not cause harmful interference to existing services.

3. Data and Reporting

Participants are required to provide regular reports on their testing activities and share relevant technical data with program administrators.

4. Intellectual Property

Participants retain ownership of their intellectual property. However, certain technical findings may need to be shared for regulatory assessment purposes.

5. Termination

The program reserves the right to terminate participation for non-compliance with guidelines or if activities pose risks to existing spectrum users.
